Yar'adua's Seven point agenda

The sole agenda of any government is Governance i.e the welfare of her people through law and order, provision of social amenities, good roads, water and energy, waste management, health services, education, social justice etc. If these things do not exist, then we have no government and are a little better than animals.... Shame, isn't it?
